Step 1: Free consultation — but not a “trial lesson”

Before you start, we offer a free text consultation in chat.

• It is not a trial lesson.
• It is a short conversation to understand your level, goals, and schedule.
• It ensures you are matched with the right teacher and study plan.

This way, you don’t waste time. You know what to expect before your first class.

Step 2: Teacher match and personal plan

Once we know your goals, we recommend a teacher who best fits your needs.

• English for exams or business? We suggest specialists.
• German for residence or university? We have experienced teachers.
• Spanish for travel or DELE/SIELE? Tutors are ready.

Together, you decide the lesson length (30, 45, 60, or 90 minutes) and frequency. Optional 10-minute calls are available for quick speaking practice.

Step 3: Payment made simple

• Pay directly via our website with PayPal (small commission applies).
• If PayPal doesn’t work in your country, we offer flexible options (Wise, Payoneer, or card transfer) — by request.
• No hidden fees. Prices are transparent and listed on each teacher’s page.
• No expiring packages. Your lessons stay until you use them (only <2h late cancellations are charged).

Step 4: First lesson — real progress

From the very first class, you will:

• practice real communication,
• get feedback on grammar and pronunciation,
• leave with something you can use immediately (a phrase set, a corrected presentation, or a clearer explanation).
