Hello! My name is Lamzira, and I am a native Georgian speaker living in Georgia. I am a qualified teacher of English and Russian, with 25 years of experience in language education. I teach English at a public school, working with students of all levels, and I have been tutoring English and Russian for many years. Additionally, I have taught Georgian to Russian- and English-speaking adults who want to learn the language for communication. I also have experience tutoring Peace Corps Volunteers in both Georgian and Russian. Me as a Teacher I take great joy in teaching and working with both children and adults, and I’m thrilled to be able to teach online! My lessons focus on conversational language and pronunciation, helping students build confidence in speaking. One of my main goals as an educator is to spark curiosity and enthusiasm for learning. In our first lesson, I will take the time to understand your specific goals and learning needs. From there, I will create a personalized lesson plan tailored to your interests and objectives, ensuring a learning experience that is both effective and enjoyable. My Lessons & Teaching Style My primary goal is to help students speak fluently and confidently, without fear or embarrassment. Beyond vocabulary and grammar, I introduce students to the rich world of Georgian culture. We will engage in discussions on fascinating topics, listen to Georgian songs, watch films, and explore Georgian traditions. I love meeting people from around the world and discussing a wide range of topics, including traditions, art, movies, music, and more. My lessons are interactive, engaging, and customized to suit your personal learning style and interests.
