My full name is Mukadiyil (name of house) Koshy (father’s name) Thomas (own name). I am a Malaysian Permanent Resident as well as an Indian citizen. I am a Malaysian Permanent Resident as well as an Indian citizen. Most of my life I have lived in Malaysia, teaching IGCSE and GCE English in secondary schools in Malaysia and the nearby Brunei Darussalam. I teach students whose age ranges from 12 to 60. My passion for teaching English never dies, and I shall make use of every opportunity given to educate our teenagers so that they can communicate in English as accurately and fluently as the native English speakers. During my teaching career, I have produced top students in the IGCSE First Language English, including Rank 1 candidates, in the countries where I have taught. I have a knack of making my students understand well the language concepts they need to master, and I would try my utmost to maximize the student potential, using an eclectic method of the modern collaborative teaching combined with the traditional Socratic philosophy. I am a Bachelor’s Degree holder, with TESOL Diplomas from the Londin Trinity College and from the Sheffield City. I have the further education qualifications such as the Diplomas from the College of Preceptors, the Royal Society of London, etc. I shall endeavour to produce top quality students seeking my assistance. My language teaching is eclectic including both the modern methods of collaboration, group/pair work, games and the traditional Socratic method of questioning to allow critical thinking to make my students understand the concepts and use the language accurately and fluently. I am a specialised First Language English teacher who has produced Top in Malaysia students in the Cambridge IGCSE examinations. I have also produced Top candidates in the Cambridge 'O' level examinations for fifty years. I will ensure that all students requiring my service will achieve dedicated service from me to uplift themselves in the language and to improve their competence. I am not charging high fees and I can adapt my rewards according to the financial affordability of the students. Customers can be both children and adults, for whom even free trial lessons can be arranged on Zoom or Google Classrooms.
